who is responsible
Controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the operator
of dumpify, reachable at:
what we collect, and why
- waitlist signup: your email address, the time of signup, and — if you arrived
through one of our social links — a short source tag (like "ig_en"). that's it.
purpose: sending you one invitation email when dumpify opens, and counting
which channel signups come from. legal basis: your consent
(art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form. you can withdraw it any time
by asking us to delete your email.
- server logs: our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address,
browser type, time of request) to deliver the page and keep it secure, including
basic rate limiting against abuse. legal basis: legitimate interest in a
secure, working website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). logs are not used to identify you.
no cookies. no analytics. no tracking pixels. no ads.

who processes data for us
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosting of this page and the signup endpoint,
under a data processing agreement incl. EU standard contractual clauses.
- Upstash Inc. (USA) — database storing the waitlist
(region: [EU-REGION BESTÄTIGEN, z. B. eu-central-1]), under a data
processing agreement incl. EU standard contractual clauses.
we never sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else.
how long we keep it
your email stays on the waitlist until dumpify launches and you've received your
invitation, until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. after launch the
waitlist is deleted.
your rights
under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction,
deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can
object to processing based on legitimate interest, or withdraw consent
at any time. one email to the address above is enough — deletion requests are honored
without discussion. you also have the right to complain to a data protection
supervisory authority.
no profiling
we make no automated decisions about you and build no profiles. the waitlist is a
list, not a dossier.
